All Hunter's Trace homeowners are members of the Homeowners' Association (HOA) and are privileged to enjoy the increasing property values in our Community. Through our HOA, annual dues are assessed to each homeowner. These dues provide for the maintenance of all common areas within Hunter’s Trace as well as payments for registrations and property taxes, landscape maintenance, water and electricity, playground equipment maintenance and replacement as well as funding for numerous functions and gatherings for our Hunter’s Trace residents.

All the homeowners who purchase and own a home in Hunter's Trace are required to become a member of our "Hunter's Trace Homeowners' Association" (HOA). When a home is purchased, the homeowner agrees to a set of published covenants and restrictions about maintaining the status, condition, and appearance of the property.

Elected by the homeowners at the Annual meeting in January, the Board members work hard to uphold the Standards, Covenants, and By-Laws of the Association in order to maintain our beautiful Community and, in turn, maintain and increase the value of the homes in the Community. All the homeowners within the Subdivision are encouraged and welcome to participate in the management of our shared Community.
