This page is to be used by Real Estate Agents and the Property Closing Attorney who desire a closing letter before closing a sale on a house in the Hunters Trace neighborhood in Marietta (East Cobb), GA.

A closing letter from the Hunters Trace Board of Directors provides the status of a homeowners account, including:

1. whether there are any outstanding homeowners' association dues or fines owed,
2. any liens held by the Hunters Trace Homeowners' Association, Inc. (HT-HOA) on the specified property,
3. a 'buyer information' addendum which must be completed and signed by the prospective buyer and submitted back to the HT-HOA Board.

Please send an email request to the HT-HOA Board at "info@hunterstrace.org" to begin the closing letter submission process. Please allow up to one (1) week for the closing letter to be completed.

Pre-close - current homeowner account

Please be sure to:

1. use the subject: "Closing Letter Request - [plus the street number of the property]."
2. provide the email address and name of the party to which the closing letter should be sent in the body of the email.

Prior to closing meeting - prospective owner info

Please email the completed buyers information addendum (or attach a legible photo or PDF, if hand-written) to "info@hunterstrace.org".

Email format:

- Subject: "Closing - buyer info - [plus the street number of the property]."

- Body of email or attached in photo / PDF:

- name(s) (must be typed or printed and legible)

- email address(es) (must be valid and typed, or printed and legible)

- signature(s), which acknowledge that they received, reviewed and will abide by the HT-HOA covenants.**

** If completed electronically, please have them type their full name and the date as "proof of signature" if they don't have an image of their actual signature.
