HOA Information
All Hunters Trace homeowners are members of the Hunters Trace Homeowners Association (HT-HOA) and are privileged to enjoy the increasing property values in our Community.
Annual dues, assessed to each homeowner, provide for the maintenance of all common areas within Hunters Trace as well as payments for registrations and property taxes, landscape maintenance, water and electricity, playground equipment maintenance and replacement, as well as funding for any functions and gatherings for our Hunters Trace residents.
Those who purchase and own a home in Hunters Trace are required to become a member of our "Hunters Trace Homeowners Association" (HT-HOA). When a home is purchased, the homeowner agrees to a set of published covenants and restrictions about maintaining the status, condition, and appearance of the property.

Prospective Owners:
HOA Dues are due on January 31st of every year (interest accrues if dues are not paid by March 1st), with invoices being sent via email just after New Year's Day. We ONLY send mailed copies for those members who have not provided an email address and will charge a handling fee if we must use postal mail to communicate with you.
Payment can be made via ACH, Zelle, Credit Card, or postal mail:
- For digital payments, HT-HOA members can use the [Owner Login] to access our Owner Portal once we have set up an account for you in our system, which happens shortly after we receive the Buyer Information Addendum submitted as part of the Closing Letter.

HOA Board:
Elected by homeowners at the Annual meeting in January, the Board members work hard to uphold the Standards, Covenants, and By-Laws of the Association in order to maintain our beautiful Community and, in turn, maintain and increase the value of the homes in the Community.
All homeowners within the Subdivision are encouraged and welcome to participate in the management of our shared Community by nomination to the board or by volunteering with the board.
The following Hunters Trace residents have volunteered to serve on the subdivision's Board. Any Hunters Trace homeowner in good standing is welcome to volunteer to serve on the HT-HOA Board.
